At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.
An exciting opportunity has become available within The Estates, Facilities & PFI Division of the UHNM Trust. We are looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join our facilities team to support within our Domestics, Linen, Catering and Uniformed and Postal services within UHNM.
This position requires knowledge on a range of work experiences and practices coordination of staff management through Human resource policies and must keep abreast of new initiatives to ensure the communication of best practice is achieved along with escalation to manager when required.
The post holder will act as key contact for Soft FM Services, escalating service interruptions and improvement opportunities as required.
The post holder will work autonomously but under the guidance and objective of the Retained Facilities Services at both County and Royal sites.
The post holder will support both staff management through Human resource policies and must keep abreast of new initiatives to ensure the communication of best practice is achieved along with escalation to manager when required.
