The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the department's strategic direction, enhancing its profitability, and strengthening its presence in the market.

• Title: Head of Commercial Property
• Location: Stoke‑on‑Trent
• Salary: £60,000 to £70,000

• Lead and supervise solicitors and support staff within the Commercial Property Department.
• Set departmental objectives, budgets, and financial targets.
• Oversee workflow, capacity planning, and resourcing.
• Ensure consistent quality standards, risk management, and client care.

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum 5+ years PQE in Commercial Property law.
• Proven experience managing a complex commercial property caseload.
• Experience supervising or leading solicitors or teams.
• Strong business development and client relationship track record.
