Regional Support Manager Children s Residential Care
Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire Regions Full Time £60K
We are recruiting an experienced Regional Support Manager to strengthen and support a network of children s residential homes across the Stoke‑On‑Trent and Staffordshire region. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about driving quality, stability, and positive outcomes for young people.
Key responsibilities- Provide parachute and interim support to Registered Managers and homes
- Deliver audits, coaching, and mentoring to drive best practice
- Stabilise services and maintain Ofsted compliance and high care standards
- Support teams to create safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environments
- Strong background in children s residential care at senior level
- Excellent knowledge of Ofsted and quality frameworks
- Confident coach, mentor, and problem solver
- Flexible to travel regionally
