Regional Support Manager - Residential Care
Stoke-on-Trent
£60,000 per year
Full-time (37.5 hours)
We're looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to support and strengthen our children's residential homes across the North.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll step in to support homes, develop managers, and ensure outstanding standards of care for children and young people.
What You'll Be Doing- Supporting Registered Managers and teams where extra leadership is needed
- Delivering coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement
- Carrying out audits and improving service quality
- Providing interim management where required
- Ensuring homes deliver safe, nurturing, child-focused care
- NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in children's residential care
- A confident leader who can support and develop teams
- Ofsted & safeguarding regulations
£60,000 salary
