Regional Support Manager - Children's Residential
Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire Region
60,000 per annum
Full Time 37.5 Hours
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Support Manager to support children's residential homes across the Staffordshire region.
You will provide operational leadership, interim management cover, coaching, mentoring, and audits to ensure homes remain safe, stable, therapeutic, and Ofsted compliant for young people aged 8-17 with EBD needs.
The role is ideal for a strong leader within children's residential care who can support teams through periods of change, drive service improvement, and maintain high standards of care.
Requirements- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent
- Experience with in children's residential services
- Strong safeguarding & Ofsted knowledge
- Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Therapeutic and child-centred approach
