pobl. is a talent consultancy specialising in medical communications, healthcare consulting and market access.

We are hiring for a senior‑level role to lead strategy and design within a life sciences consultancy. You will manage projects end‑to‑end, support practice growth, and develop client relationships.

• Lead strategic consulting projects from initial concept to delivery, ensuring projects meet client requirements and deadlines.
• Support business growth by developing proposals, identifying client needs, and participating in pitching processes for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
• Manage and mentor a global team of consultants while contributing to the agency’s thought leadership and industry presence.

• Substantial experience in strategy or management consulting, with a focus on the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Commercial experience in proposal development, project scoping, and collaboration with business development teams to secure new engagements.
• Subject matter expertise in healthcare practice areas such as digital transformation, patient engagement, or medical affairs.

Salary: £70-90k, plus bonuses and superb benefits pack.
