Location: Cheadle

This role involves leading day-to-day operations, ensuring quality support and safeguarding, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a background in supported accommodation and possess strong decision-making skills. The position offers a competitive annual salary of £42,500, Monday-Friday working hours, and comprehensive support from senior leadership and head office functions.
