Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Thrive Tribe in the Isle of Wight is seeking a Head of Service to lead the Smokefree Island programme, ensuring delivery of measurable health outcomes and KPI performance while supporting staff and service users.
You will strengthen relationships with commissioners, drive service innovation, and oversee digital, remote and face‑to‑face services, with a permanent 0.6
FTE contract based on the Isle of Wight location.
