Full time – Travelling between Stoke on Trent and Derby
This role will be based between Stoke on Trent and Derby branches; it requires regular travel within the region.
We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager who will manage large multi‑site industrial accounts within the Derby and Stoke on Trent region. The role involves leading recruitment strategies and driving growth across multiple locations.
What You’ll DoAs National Account Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Lead Recruitment Strategies
:
Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, align with workforce planning, and develop initiatives that deliver success across your multi‑site accounts. - Stakeholder Management
:
Build and nurture relationships with senior leaders across national accounts. - Data‑Driven Decisions
:
Use Excel and recruitment analytics dashboards to monitor and analyse performance, making data‑backed decisions that fuel continuous improvement. - Lead and Inspire Teams
:
Guide and develop your team of recruitment coordinators on site, ensuring high performance, engagement, and alignment with broader business goals. - Compliance & Standards
:
Stay ahead of UK employment law and compliance standards, ensuring all recruitment practices adhere to regulatory requirements. - Continuous Improvement & Innovation
:
Champion the adoption of digital tools and industry best practices, pushing for new initiatives that improve recruitment processes and deliver superior results.
- Proven Leadership Experience – managing recruitment across multiple national industrial accounts, leading branch and remote teams.
- Commercial Acumen – ability to manage budgets and costs while driving recruitment performance and operational success.
- Strategic Vision – analyse trends, adjust strategies, and ensure recruitment plans align with evolving business needs.
- Data‑Driven Leadership – experience with recruitment analytics, Power BI, and leading teams using insights.
- People Leadership – motivate, develop, and hold your team accountable to perform at their best.
- Resilience & Agility – navigate a changing environment and deliver results under pressure.
- Ownership & Accountability – proactive approach to team performance and recruitment success.
- Emotional Intelligence – empathise, motivate, and build strong relationships within your team.
- Commitment to Service Excellence – passion for delivering outstanding recruitment services and exceeding client expectations.
- Knowledge of UK Employment Law and compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of current affairs to engage senior customers and stakeholders.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driver’s license highly desired.
