The Council is seeking an interim Head of Facilities Management and Capital Projects to lead the FM strategy, governance and service delivery in Bexley. Key responsibilities include overseeing FM operations, contract management, procurement, asset maintenance, and energy efficiency initiatives.
The role requires 3 days on site, ASAP start, and a 37-hour week with PAYE £500 per day. You will provide strategic advice to senior leaders and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
