Cafcass is seeking an Assistant Service Manager for the Private and Public Law, Work After First Hearing team in the Norfolk and Suffolk region. You will lead a team of Family Court Advisers, ensuring practice aligns with our Together with Children and Families framework, and champion safeguarding across cases.
You will supervise, coach and mentor social workers, promote resilience and wellbeing at work, and communicate effectively with children and families at all levels.
