Mews is seeking a Director of Product and Engineering for Support to own decisions on extending, migrating, or building its AI-powered self-service platform. You will govern the knowledge layer, tooling, and feedback loops that turn customer contact into product change.
You will lead a tribe of 6–10 Product Builders, work with Ada, Salesforce, Aircall, and report to the Senior Director of Growth. It’s a build role with commercial impact and fast-paced delivery.
