Project Manager, Project & Program Management

The Role

You will take responsibility for project management activities across a complex portfolio, working with multidisciplinary teams and a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities may include:

• Managing projects and project work streams from design through to delivery.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Managing programme, risk and project issues.
• Monitoring progress, performance and delivery.
• Managing stakeholder relationships.
• Supporting commercial and project controls activities.
• Working within a complex live operational environment.

We are ideally looking for individuals with approximately 6 12 years' post-graduate experience, providing the right balance of:

• Project management responsibility.
• Strong technical grounding.
• Experience across multiple projects.
• Major infrastructure or construction experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisation and communication.

Aviation experience is advantageous, although relevant major-project and live operational environment experience will also be considered.
