Clyde Valley Group is seeking a Senior Asset and Compliance Lead to drive asset management, compliance, and landlord health and safety across our homes and assets. You will provide leadership across teams, ensure records are accurate, and that inspections, servicing and certifications meet deadlines.
Reporting to the Asset Manager, you will coordinate programmes, manage contractors, and develop asset intelligence to support investment planning and regulatory compliance.
