Supported Living Manager

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Supported Accommodation Manager to lead our service supporting young people aged 16–18.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, leading a team of support staff and ensuring our young people receive safe, high-quality and personalised support.

Key responsibilities

* Lead and manage the staff team.

* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of young people.

* Oversee support plans, risk assessments and safeguarding.

* Promote independence, confidence and life skills.

* Work closely with social workers, local authorities and other professionals.

* Maintain high standards of compliance and record keeping.

We are looking for someone who

* Has experience managing or supervising within a young people, care, housing or supported accommodation setting.

* Has strong leadership and communication skills.

* Is passionate about helping young people achieve positive outcomes.

* Is confident dealing with safeguarding and challenging situations.

* Is organised, reliable and professional.

Enhanced DBS and relevant background checks will be required.
