Regional Sales Manager - Scotland Scotland | Hybrid | Full-time | Permanent Competitive salary  excellent benefits We're currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a well-established travel business looking for a Regional Sales Manager to take responsibility for its Scottish retail operation . This is a senior leadership role where you'll have real influence over sales performance, team development and the overall customer experience across the region.

You'll be the driving force behind a network of travel stores, working closely with Store Managers to help them achieve their potential and deliver consistently strong results. Your time will be split between leading from the front, coaching your management teams and keeping a close eye on commercial performance . As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Providing direction, support and motivation to Store Managers across Scotland Keeping sales, revenue, productivity and customer service firmly on track Helping managers identify opportunities to improve performance and grow their teams Spending regular time in branches, getting to know the teams and understanding what's happening on the ground Supporting managers through recruitment, people issues and performance challenges Sharing ideas and introducing new approaches to help drive sales and improve results Building a strong culture where people feel supported, recognised and accountable Looking for opportunities to attract new customers and grow the regional business Stepping in when more complex customer situations need senior-level support Making sure high standards are maintained across the branch network Working closely with other departments and senior stakeholders across the business This role would suit someone who has already built their career within travel retail and is ready to take on responsibility at regional level.

You'll need to be a confident people leader who can coach, challenge and inspire managers, while also understanding the commercial side of running a successful travel business. We're particularly interested in people with: A solid background in retail travel Previous experience managing and developing teams or managers A strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs and commercial performance A genuine passion for coaching and getting the best from people Excellent communication and relationship-building skills The confidence to tackle difficult conversations and customer situations A proactive, solutions-focused approach The ability to work at pace and remain focused in a target-driven environment A strong customer-first mentality The flexibility to travel regularly throughout Scotland What's in it for you as a Regional Sales Manager?
