** ABOUT

THE ROLE
** As a Regional Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Regional Director to oversee a group of care homes, ensuring they achieve performance targets and operate with excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing focus and support in key homes to maintain compliance, uphold standards, and deliver outstanding service
* Standing in for General Managers during periods of absence, ensuring continuity, stability, and strong leadership within the home
* Identifying challenges and recommending effective solutions in partnership with the Regional Director
* Interpreting quality and performance data and advising on actions to drive continuous improvement

Our ideal candidate will:
* Have proven experience in Care Home management roles
* Ideally have a clinical background or strong clinical knowledge
* Be experienced in supporting homes at a regional level
* Demonstrate strong staff supervision and development skills
* Hold
** NVQ Level 5** (or equivalent) in Care for Care Homes
