Production Operative

Production Operative – ATACOM, Inc.

Location: Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, UK

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Production Operatives to support our UK manufacturer of cement-based materials. The role involves day‑to‑day production operations with a focus on quality and efficiency. Regular manual handling and heavy lifting (20–25 kg sacks) are required; applicants must be physically fit and able to multitask.

Hours: 8‑hour shifts, varying between 6 am and 10 pm, with overtime opportunities.

• Operate and assist with equipment on the production lines.
• Assemble and package products according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Work in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Physical fitness required for manual handling of 20–25 kg sacks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently within a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Counterbalance and reach truck experience is an advantage.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
• Understanding of written and spoken English.
