Join Our Team as a Fettler / Sponger

Adecco are on the lookout for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our clients vibrant team as a Fettler/ Sponger. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions truly matter.

What's in it for you?

Rate of pay: £12.24
Contract Type:
Temporary, 3 months initially.
Working Pattern:
Full Time. Monday-Friday 6AM-2PM

About the Role:

As a Fettler / Sponger, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of products. Your keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills will help you thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Here's what you'll do:

Attention to Detail:
Carefully inspect and finish products to meet high-quality standards.
Inspection of products:
Remove any access clay from pottery and smooth out rough edges and imperfections on items.
Team

Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless production processes.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve any potential issues during the production process.
Safety First:
Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach to work is essential.
Excellent Communication

Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Previous sponging or fettling experience is essential
