Job Description:

CNC Machinist – Experienced Operator & Programmer.

We are looking for a motivated individual, with a strong background in operating and programming CNC and manual machines, particularly with FANUC controls. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings, and confident in problem solving when required. Experience is a must, as training can’t be given at this time.

We operate a 4-axis PUMA 5100 CNC lathe and a 3-axis DNM
650 CNC milling machine, both with FANUC controls, as well as several manual lathes and milling machines. The ideal candidate must be able to work well either alone, or part of a team. Precision and efficiency are key to delivering high-quality products.

• CNC Programming & Operation – Program and operate FANUC controlled CNC machines efficiently and accurately.
• Manual Machining – Operate manual lathes and milling machines as needed.
• Technical Drawing Interpretation – Work closely with the design department to review and interpret engineering drawings as required.
• Machine Setup & Adjustment – Set up, calibrate, and adjust machine setups safely and effectively.
• Workplace Organization – Maintain a clean, safe, and well organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are stored correctly.
• Quality Control & Problem-Solving – Identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring all components meet required specifications.
• Team Collaboration – Work effectively with other team members to complete projects on time, while maintaining high quality standards.
