CNC Turner (Training on Programming /4 day week)

£15‑£17.50 per hour + company benefits + 4 day week + overtime + progression.

We are a well-established manufacturer of precision‑engineered components for the oil & gas, defence, and subsea industries. Due to continued growth we are looking to strengthen our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

Program and set a range of CNC lathes and milling machines using Fanuc controls.
Interpret engineering drawings and job specifications.
Plan workloads and priorities using job cards provided by the Workshop Supervisor.
Develop programming and machining skills with ongoing training.

Schedule

Monday–Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Optional overtime available.

Qualifications

Experience as a CNC Turner, Setter, or Programmer.
Willingness to learn and be trained in CNC programming.
Ability to commute to Stoke‑on‑Trent.
