Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Do & CO Airline Catering is seeking a Pastry Team Leader in Hounslow, England. You will lead the pastry production team, ensure targets are met, and collaborate with colleagues on the production line to maintain quality and efficiency.
The role requires 1–2 years in pastry or food production, knowledge of HACCP and food safety, and strong communication. You will oversee staffing, plan daily production, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
