As a Manufacturing Team Leader, the individual is responsible for managing daily operations on the production floor. This includes planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Supervising and leading a team of manufacturing personnel in a high-volume production environment.
- Ensuring the team adheres to production schedules and deadlines.
- Monitoring production standards and quality control measures.
- Training new team members and ensuring that all team members are competent in their roles.
- Maintaining accurate records of production data, including volume produced, materials used, and any deviations from standard processes.
- Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and safety.
- Enforcing strict safety guidelines and company standards.
The Manufacturing Team Leader is tasked with several crucial duties that ensure the smooth functioning of production processes. These include:
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure equipment availability, raw material supply, and timely completion of production targets.
- Conducting regular team meetings to communicate targets, strategies, and company news.
- Assisting in the development of budgets for the manufacturing department.
- Identifying areas for improvement and initiating projects aimed at lowering costs and improving quality.
- Evaluating team performance and providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and product quality.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Production Technician (CPT), Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing can be advantageous.
- Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Monday to Friday 7.30 till 16.30
