Premier Placement Services are currently recruiting for experienced MIG & TIG Welders for our client based in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent.

Pay: £14.00 - £14.75 per hour

Shifts:

Monday to Thursday 07:15-16:00, Friday 07:15-13:15.

• Use TIG welding for clean, precise, and neat welds on delicate parts.
• Join thin sheet metal using MIG welding for speed on thicker joints.
• Reading from drawings/blueprints and following set instructions.
• Control heat to prevent the thin metal from warping or burning through.
• Clamp, tack and hold parts in place before full welding
• Grind, sand, or file rough edges and extra weld material.
• Check finished parts for cracks, holes, or weak spots.

• Previous experience in MIG or TIG welding
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• Reliable
• Hard working
• Fabrication experience is an advantage

• Up to 16 hours overtime available per week (optional)
