Future Recruitment is seeking an experienced Gluing Operator to join a Kent production team. You will safely operate carton gluing machinery, ensuring high quality finishes and adherence to customer specs.
The role covers machine setup, changeovers and uptime improvement in a busy packaging environment. Candidates should have 5+ years in carton gluing or similar, be skilled with Straight Line, Crash Lock and multi-corner configurations, and be familiar with GMP and BRC-style quality controls.
