Ethero Strategic Staffing is seeking a Shot Blaster in Stoke-on-Trent (ST3) to operate shot blasting equipment on chassis and trailer bodies and to prepare metal surfaces for painting and finishing processes.
You will remove rust, scale and contaminants, perform quality checks on finished surfaces, and help maintain high standards of surface preparation. Roles include day and night shifts with DOE PAYE and weekly pay, supporting career progression in a manufacturing environment.
