Comprehensive benefits package The role of the Production Manager - PVC Windows will involve:
Production Manager position overseeing the manufacturing and production for a variety of PVC windows Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations, from goods-in to dispatch, ensuring efficient workflows and on-time delivery Drive production performance against targets, balancing quality, cost, and efficiency while continuously improving processes Own production planning, resource utilisation, and operational decision-making to meet demand and resolve issues Ensure high standards of quality, Health & Safety, and compliance across all areas of the operation Lead, develop, and manage a large team while driving KPIs, cost control, and a culture of continuous improvement The ideal applicant will be a Production Manager - PVC Windows with:
