Hunters 4 Staff are currently recruiting for a range of CNC Machinist positions across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas. We are working with well-established manufacturing businesses who are looking for experienced CNC professionals at all levels, including Operators, Setter/Operators and Programmers.

Whether your experience is on CNC Milling machines, CNC Lathes, Press Brakes or other CNC-controlled equipment, we have opportunities available across a variety of industries, shifts and pay rates.

• Operating CNC machinery safely and efficiently
• Setting and adjusting tooling, fixtures and machine parameters
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Producing components to required quality standards and tolerances
• Carrying out routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Inspecting finished products using measuring equipment and quality procedures

• Previous experience working within a CNC machining environment
• Experience as a CNC Operator, Setter/Operator or Programmer
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good understanding of tooling, machining processes and quality standards
• A positive attitude and commitment to producing high-quality work
