Manufacturing Associate
What You Will DoAs a Manufacturing Associate, you will assemble and modify prototype precision units in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for carrying out semi-complex assembly activities, including the setup and use of various fixtures and components, while ensuring all work is completed to the required quality standards. Working as part of a collaborative production team, you will support the delivery of high-quality products by following established processes, maintaining a strong focus on safety, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Assemble prototype and production precision units in accordance with engineering specifications.
- Modify and rework components as required to meet product requirements.
- Perform semi-complex setup activities using a variety of assembly fixtures and tools.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet defined standards.
- Read and follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and manufacturing procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Identify and elevate quality, process, or material issues promptly.
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Work collaboratively with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams.
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Required:
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience ,hands-on technical experience.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience assembling precision, prototype, or electro-mechanical products.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and assembly documentation.
- Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
