Vinyl Production Technician​/Large Format Printer - Signage

Our client is a signage and large format graphics company based in Kent. They are currently seeking an experienced Vinyl Production Technician to join their enthusiastic team. This is a key role with excellent long‑term potential and an opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and success of the company.

As Vinyl Production Technician you will report to the Supervisor and take ownership of the efficient and high-quality output of the vinyl department. You'll have in‑depth knowledge of the sign industry and thrive in a hands‑on production environment. You will also have the opportunity to work with a small team, contribute to planning and coordination, and ensure the equipment and workflow are optimised for success.

• Support the vinyl production team.
• Organise and manage production schedules and workflow.
• Operate and maintain digital printing and vinyl‑cutting equipment.
• Liaise with other departments.
• Take part in vinyl design and layout work.
• Manage materials and supplies, including ordering and stock control.
• Plan deliveries and collections efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of quality and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Uphold health and safety practices in the department.
• General housekeeping of the vinyl production area.
• Previous experience in the sign industry is a must.
• Hands‑on experience with digital printing equipment and vinyl plotters.
• Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and organised with a keen eye for detail.
