Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Influencer and PR Executive to join our Manchester team. Reporting to the Influencer & PR Manager, you will help develop and deliver strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth, while driving traffic and revenue. You will also support the execution of Beauty Works’ PR strategy, building media relationships, securing coverage, and elevating our presence across key publications.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, thrives under pressure, enjoys negotiation, and understands the value of long-term relationship building.

Role Outline & responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of Beauty Works’ influencer and PR strategy, tracking KPIs.
  • Execute influencer campaigns across all tiers: micro, macro, and VIP to maintain brand visibility across key social channels.
  • Manage Beauty Works’ Tik Tok Shop influencer programme, including recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Plan and execute product launch gifting activations, including concept creation and product sourcing.
  • Identify new PR opportunities, media partnerships, and reactive press moments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, both directly and via talent agencies.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align content priorities with product focuses on a weekly and monthly basis.
Key Skills
  • 2+ years’ experience in influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer landscape.
  • Proven organisational skills and excellent attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience managing Tik Tok Shop, affiliate, or creator programmes (highly desirable).
  • Strong understanding of Tik Tok trends, creator commerce, and performance-led influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent written, social, and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and calmly under pressure.
