Mixam is seeking a driven retention and lifecycle specialist to own the end‑to‑end customer journey across email, SMS, loyalty, and Hub Spot tooling. You will diagnose behavior, design interventions, and deliver measurable business outcomes with minimal supervision.
You will own lifecycle strategies, segmentation, testing, and cross‑functional collaboration with Marketing, Data, Pricing and Product. Independent builder with strong copy instincts will thrive in this role.
