Our client in Stoke on Trent is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to kickstart their career in marketing, with a genuine passion for social media, content creation, video and graphic design. As a Social Media & Marketing Assistant, you will have the chance to build your skills and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive role, with the opportunity to support wider marketing activities.

• Creating and managing engaging content across various social media platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and Linked In
• Filming, editing and producing engaging short-form video content
• Confidently appearing on camera for social media content
• Designing graphics and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe
• Scheduling content to maximise reach and engagement
• Reviewing engagement and identifying what content performs well
• Generating content ideas to stay up to date with the latest social media trends
• Supporting wider marketing campaigns, projects and promotional activities

• Ideally hold a qualification or degree in Marketing or similar
• Keen interest in marketing, social media, content creation, photography and videography
• Confidence to be in front of the camera to produce video content
• Ability to use social media platforms such as Tik Tok and Instagram
• Creativity and be able to suggest new ideas
• Experience using Canva and Adobe is preferable
• Driving licence is essential for the role

Hours:

Monday to Friday,8:45 am - 5:30 pm

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 DOE per annum
