Find Core are thrilled to be assisting a leading not-for-profit organisation with the recruitment of a Marketing Executive (Social Media & Content).

The role will be based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester, and will focus on growing organic reach, engagement and income across the organisation’s established social media channels.

Salary

£35,000 – £45,000, depending on experience + great benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging social media content across a range of established platforms.
• Help grow organic reach, engagement and income through social media activity.
• Plan and deliver content aligned with wider marketing and fundraising objectives.
• Manage content across platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube and X.
• Create and adapt content including short-form video, social copy and campaign assets.
• Monitor performance and use analytics to improve future content and campaigns.
• Support paid social activity where required.
• Work closely with wider digital and fundraising teams on integrated campaigns.
• Identify emerging social media trends and opportunities to grow audiences.
• Use AI and digital tools to support content creation, reporting and campaign development.
