- Monitoring daily social media activity and playing a pivotal role in measuring the impact of digital communications.
- Actively participating in community engagement by speaking directly to prospective students on dedicated forums, including The Student Room, Campus Connect, and Reddit.
- Supporting ongoing prospect engagement, facilitating digital channel growth, and producing creative multimedia content.
- Aiding university recruitment efforts by focusing on increasing engagement from prospect audiences, specifically by enhancing output across You Tube, Tik Tok, and Instagram.
- Utilising a diverse digital skillset to creatively grow conversations across social platforms, which may include implementing incentives, developing student-led content, and leveraging platform engagement features.
