Domestic Abuse Triage Volunteer

Join Victim Support as a Triage Volunteer – Be the First Step to Safety

Victim Support is looking for empathetic volunteers to join our New Era team in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.

• Provide calm, professional support during initial contact with service users
• Gather essential information and assess immediate needs
• Identify safeguarding concerns and elevate appropriately
• Signpost and refer individuals to the right services
• Maintain accurate records and confidentiality at all times

Location: Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent
Commitment: Minimum 4 hours per week (ideally for 12 months)

Training Provided: Safeguarding, triage skills, and specialist workshops

• Make a real difference in the lives of victims
• Gain valuable skills and experience in crisis support
• Join a supportive and passionate team
