Charity Job in Surrey is seeking an Income Generation & Development Lead to shape a new phase of income generation and organisational sustainability. The role combines strategy with hands‑on delivery to increase unrestricted funding and build strategic partnerships.
You will establish and lead a high‑performing income generation function, work with Catalyst Support on joint opportunities, and help position the charity as a key partner in improving mental health support across Surrey.
