Our Domestic Assistants ensure that our home maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning routines, including dusting, mopping, polishing, and vacuuming.
• Clean and tidy designated areas around the home such as bedrooms, lounges, kitchens, bathrooms, and offices.
• Use cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaning machines.
• Support with washing and drying laundry, as required.
• Report breakages, damage, defects, and hazards.
• Build trust and promote choice, dignity, and independence.
• Participate in induction, buddy, and ongoing training programmes.

• Keen eye for detail and a passion for high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent team player with strong listening and communication skills.
• Positive, kind, caring, and understanding with a can‑do attitude.
• Values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork.
• Relevant experience valued but not essential.
