Chase Medical is working with a CQC Outstanding GP practice near Mitcham to recruit an experienced Lead Practice Nurse. You will lead a nursing team of Practice Nurses and HCAs, shaping service development and patient care in a busy, supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with Nurse Prescriber status, seasoned in chronic disease management (diabetes) and proficient with EMIS Web.
