Dougie Mac Hospice in Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting a Senior Health Care Support Worker to join the HART Team, supporting a virtual ward and community care. You will provide hands-on care, telephone support, and face-to-face assessments under clinical guidance, ensuring dignity and comfort for patients with complex palliative needs.
Full participation in referrals, care planning, and MDT collaboration is expected, with mandatory training in palliative and end-of-life care.
