5) to join our community clinics and home-visit teams. You will provide holistic care within your competencies to patients, families and carers, including care homes and nurse-led clinics.
Applicants must be NMC registered, hold a full UK driving licence, be willing to travel to multiple sites, and be prepared to work weekends and some bank holidays.
