Pets practice. Our caring and supportive practice is led by dedicated partner Craig, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry. The practice consists of 2 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, and 2 receptionists. You will be the vital link between clients and our clinical team, ensuring every visit is smooth and welcoming.

From greeting clients to managing bookings and payments, you’ll provide expert support and ensure a great experience. Strong communication skills, relationship‑building, and computer literacy are essential.

This is a part‑time role working 30 hours per week across 3 days, with early and late shifts. Some weekend work will be required. We are open to considering full‑time hours for the right candidate.

• You are the friendly and welcoming face for the client and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
• You keep yourself fully up‑to‑speed with the practice services and additional services available.
• You are calm, attentive, and always focus on the clients’ needs.
• You bring enthusiasm and drive to your role, and your passion for service is matched with your love of pets.
• You can deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had bad news about their pet to sharing in the joy of a new puppy’s first visit.
• Your personality is infectious and, along with your fellow colleagues, you create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
