We are looking for an experienced Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, community-focused practice at Alsager Vet Centre
, on the Cheshire/Staffordshire border.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident vet who is comfortable with sole charge and enjoys a varied GP caseload, combining both consulting and surgical responsibilities.

• Full‑time 37.5 hours per week
• Rota shared across South Side Veterinary Practices (Alsager & Winsford)
• Weekend participation as part of a shared rota, may include work across other sites within the group including partner hospital
• No out‑of‑hours – offering a great work‑life balance
• Mix of consulting and surgery within a true first‑opinion setting
• Opportunity to take clinical responsibility and work independently when required

Salary – up to £63,376 dependent on experience

• Solid experience in small animal first opinion practice
• Confident working in sole charge
• Enjoy a broad GP caseload, including both medicine and surgery
• Proactive and keen to contribute to the continued growth of the practice
• Value building strong relationships with clients and the local community
• Interest in supporting and mentoring new graduate vets, contributing to their development within a supportive team environment
