This well established Equine practice is excited to welcome an Ambulatory Assistant Veterinary Surgeon to the expanding team in Berkshire. This is a chance to immerse oneself in a dynamic, supportive environment where their skills will be valued and their professional growth encouraged.

Imagine working in a busy, independent ambulatory practice that caters to a diverse range of equine clients, from foals to elite athletes. The caseload is as varied as it is stimulating, encompassing Racing, FEI and National competition, World Class programmes, and a loyal base of sport and leisure clients. This is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to make a real impact in the equine community.

This role centers on delivering ambulatory veterinary care for a diverse client base in a busy practice. The team emphasizes collaboration and professional growth in a supportive environment.

• 2–4 years of equine experience with confidence in core ambulatory skills.
• Solid understanding of performance horse management, both at home and in competition.
• Strong communication skills, a grounded approach, and a genuine enjoyment of teamwork.
• Sense of humour and a positive can-do attitude.
• Qualified Veterinary Surgeon eligible to register with the RCVS.
