KPI-Recruiting-Ltd is recruiting an experienced Technical Team Leader for a busy food manufacturing site in Stoke-on-Trent. The role focuses on night-shift operations, supporting food safety, quality, compliance, training, and site standards across production.
You will work with Production, Quality Control and Team Leaders to maintain standards, identify improvement opportunities and address any quality or compliance concerns. Strong leadership and auditing experience are essential.
