Flexible mainly morning or afternoon shifts We are looking for a Quality Assurance Quality Intake Inspector to join our busy Technical/Quality team. You will play a key role in ensuring all produce entering and leaving our site meets our quality, safety and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming produce and complete accurate quality reports. Assess stock and assign Green, Amber or Red status. Check product quality, packaging, transport conditions and stock information. Identify, communicate and follow up on quality issues. Carry out finished product and warehouse quality checks. Complete compliance, temperature and allergen checks. Respond to customer rejections and support corrective actions. Maintain accurate records and complete shift handovers.

Work closely with the wider business to maintain high quality standards. About You We're looking for someone who is:
Organised, proactive and highly detail-focused . A confident communicator and strong team player. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Confident making decisions and challenging when quality standards aren't met. Able to work independently and prioritise workload effectively. Passionate about maintaining high standards and identifying improvements. Experience in quality assurance, fresh produce, food manufacturing, food safety or a similar environment would be advantageous.

Flexibility is essential , as you will be required to work across the available shift patterns. However, the role will largely consist of morning or afternoon shifts . The position is 40 hours per week and may include working in cold conditions with the required PPE.
