Junior Quality Assurance Officer (Mission Critical Metals) £30,000 - £34,000 Training Progression 23 Days Holiday Early Friday Finish Cycle to Work Scheme On Site Parking Stoke Are you an early-career Quality professional, with experience within a manufacturing environment, looking for an opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career within a specialist engineering business? On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer operating within the non-ferrous metals and engineering sector.
The business specialises in the manufacture of high-performance copper alloys and engineered materials for defence applications. Reporting to the Internal Compliance Manager, you will learn and support the day-to-day operation of the company's quality systems and processes. This will include maintaining quality records, supporting internal audits, monitoring corrective actions and helping coordinate training, giving you exposure to a broad range of quality activities within a manufacturing environment.
The suitable candidate will have experience in a quality function within a manufacturing environment.
The Role Assist with the ongoing management of quality systems across the manufacturing site Ensure quality records, documentation and digital systems are kept accurate and up to date Support internal audits by helping with preparation, evidence gathering and recording findings Help organise quality-related training and maintain accurate employee training records Monday to Thursday, 7 - 4, Friday 7 - 3
