On behalf of a UK property company, we’re seeking a dynamic Head of Leasing to lead the UK leasing function, drive income growth, and shape the future of our retail focused portfolio.

As Head of Leasing, you will:

• Lead and manage the UK leasing team, overseeing the full leasing lifecycle from new lettings to renewals and rent reviews.
• Drive income generation and value creation across high-profile assets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across multiple markets to deliver strategic goals.
• Champion innovation in leasing models and capital deployment.
• Build strong relationships with occupiers, agents, and internal stakeholders to enhance portfolio performance.

• Deliver leasing strategies aligned with business plans and income targets.
• Lead complex negotiations and high-value transactions.
• Support capital projects and repositioning initiatives.
• Manage external consultants and letting agents.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the leasing team.

• Proven leadership experience in leasing and commercial property.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of occupier markets and retail dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results under pressure.
