Location: Cheadle
Pets at Home seeks a Group Property Asset Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is field-based with regular travel across the north and east of England and to Handforth, Cheshire, reporting to the Head of Property.
You will lead rent review and lease renewals, spot asset management opportunities, and manage landlord/tenant matters while supporting budgets and service charges.
