Madison Berkeley is recruiting for a Commercial Asset Manager & Leasing Surveyor to join a growing property investment business with a £60m+ portfolio across the South East.
You will take ownership of leasing strategy, tenant relationships and value creation across offices, retail and mixed-use assets. Based in Surrey with hybrid working, you will lead lease renewals, rent reviews and asset management initiatives while working with external advisers to optimise income and costs.
